Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

At Owngoal Club, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition.

Returns Accepted for 30 Days

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In the same condition as received
• With the original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Supported with the receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Important Note

Since our products are printed and fulfilled after an order is placed, every return request will be reviewed before approval.

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items returned without prior approval
• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after the product has been used
• Minor colour difference due to screen, lighting, photography, or printing variation

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• An unboxing video, if available

This helps us review the issue properly.

If the issue is verified, we will help you with the best possible solution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund depending on the case.

Size Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, it may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

If there is a size issue because of a manufacturing or fulfilment mistake, please contact us with clear photos showing the measurement issue.

Colour and Print Variation

Product colours may look slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and printing methods.

Small colour or print differences between the product image and the final printed product are not considered defects.

Courier Returns and RTO Orders

If the courier company is unable to deliver your order, the shipment may be marked as undelivered or RTO, Return to Origin.

This can happen due to reasons such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer not available
• Customer not contactable
• Delivery location not serviceable
• Customer refusing the delivery
• Door, premises, or office closed
• Future delivery requested by the customer
• Self pickup requested by the customer
• Courier delivery issue

In such cases, the package may be returned to our fulfilment partner’s default return hub:

Returned Shipments

Returned shipments may be stored by our fulfilment partner for up to 100 days from the date they are marked as returned.

During this time, we may be able to arrange reshipping to the same address, a corrected address, or another eligible address.

Reshipping charges may apply if the order was returned because of:

• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Customer not available
• Customer not contactable
• Customer refusal
• Failed delivery attempt

Refunds

Refunds are approved only after the returned item or issue is reviewed and confirmed.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or product, please contact us first.

Exchange approval depends on the condition of the product and the reason for the request.
